📋 Description

• Execute data and permission migration projects from on-premises and Cloud sources to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of the Egnyte platform • Act as liaison between customers and internal teams for monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting of migration jobs • Engage with customers and internal teams to provide status and escalate issues • Communicate professionally and succinctly and follow Egnyte Professional Services Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical skills in software installation and troubleshooting • Experience with data and permission migration tools • Virtualization experience with VMWare and Hyper-V • Experience with Windows/Linux Server operating systems • Ability to execute and monitor Python, SQL, and PowerShell scripts • Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, and SSO • Prior experience supporting enterprise software or applications in a SaaS environment • Experience migrating data and permissions • Extensive experience with customer-facing implementation roles working remotely • Ability to lead technical discussions and implementations with stakeholders • Excellent customer engagement and communication skills • Fluency in spoken and written English • Attention to detail and ability to adapt to processes in a quickly changing environment • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in parallel • 10+ years of relevant technical function experience • Willingness to work during US Eastern time every day • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline is preferred
