• Be the first point of contact for callers on behalf of many small and medium-sized businesses • Greet callers in a friendly and professional manner • Take callback requests • Transfer calls • Schedule appointments • Process orders • Provide information
🎯 Requirements
• Native-level German language skills, both written and spoken • Good command of written and spoken English • Valid VAT identification number (VAT ID) • Dedicated, lockable workspace • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude • Comfortable adapting to different work processes • Confident using a PC • High speed internet connection (min. 25 Mbps Download, min. 5 Mbps Upload) • PC or laptop with Windows10 or Windows11 (activated and licensed) or macOS (Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura) • Cable-based fixed-line technology: VDSL, Cable (DOCSIS) or Fiber • Minimum 4 physical cores CPU at 2 GHz or higher • Minimum 8 GB RAM • At least 100 MB of free local disk space • Screen size of 24 inches, Resolution of 1080p or higher • Keyboard, mouse, and a USB headset for calls and meetings
