📋 Description

• BIM coordination and model development across electrical, mechanical, architectural, and structural disciplines • Implementation and support VDC workflows, ensuring integration with project objectives and schedules • Work with Revit families, templates, and BIM content to ensure consistency across projects • Generation of clash detection reports using Revizto or Navisworks and participate in coordination meetings • Maintenance of accurate models and documentation throughout design and construction phases • Assistance with drawing production and model-based take-offs • Work with automation tools to streamline repetitive modeling tasks • Contribution to company BIM standards and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in BIM/VDC roles, preferably in the data center, commercial, or industrial sectors • Proficiency with Autodesk Revit is essential. • Experience with Revizto or Navisworks, BIM 360 is highly desirable • Familiarity with construction documentation, detailing, and coordination principles • Understanding of building systems (MEP) and construction sequencing • English proficiency (B1 level or higher) • Knowledge of design and engineering collaboration workflows • Ability to work independently and in cross-disciplinary teams • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Passion for digital design, innovation, and continuous improvement.
