đ Description
⢠BIM coordination and model development across electrical, mechanical, architectural, and structural disciplines ⢠Implementation and support VDC workflows, ensuring integration with project objectives and schedules ⢠Work with Revit families, templates, and BIM content to ensure consistency across projects ⢠Generation of clash detection reports using Revizto or Navisworks and participate in coordination meetings ⢠Maintenance of accurate models and documentation throughout design and construction phases ⢠Assistance with drawing production and model-based take-offs ⢠Work with automation tools to streamline repetitive modeling tasks ⢠Contribution to company BIM standards and process improvements.
đŻ Requirements
⢠A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field ⢠3+ years of experience in BIM/VDC roles, preferably in the data center, commercial, or industrial sectors ⢠Proficiency with Autodesk Revit is essential. ⢠Experience with Revizto or Navisworks, BIM 360 is highly desirable ⢠Familiarity with construction documentation, detailing, and coordination principles ⢠Understanding of building systems (MEP) and construction sequencing ⢠English proficiency (B1 level or higher) ⢠Knowledge of design and engineering collaboration workflows ⢠Ability to work independently and in cross-disciplinary teams ⢠Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills ⢠Passion for digital design, innovation, and continuous improvement.
