📋 Description
• Using BIM tools to virtually construct Electrical systems and coordinate with other disciplines using tools such as Autodesk Revit – is a must • Developing a thorough understanding and delivery of the project requirements as they relate to scope, cost and schedule • Determining and expediting the engineering deliverables for projects • Developing and maintenance of the project scope of work documentation and revisions as required during the design evolution • Designing of electrical systems including power distribution systems, UPS systems, standby generator systems, and security and life systems • Preparing the engineering calculations, schematic designs and detailed designs • Preparing technical documentation required for the execution of the project including, design criteria, design calculations, process flow sheets, and specification and data sheets for electrical equipment • Reviewing of shop drawings • Producing models and drawings in various BIM software and CAD modeling tools
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering • Proven expertise as an electrical engineer • Written and spoken English B1 and higher • Experience in electrical design for industrial, residential, and commercial sectors, in medium voltage and low voltage distribution, lighting, grounding and lightning protection • Experience in various electrical modeling software • Hands-on experience using tools and software such as Revit Autodesk – is a must • Experience in working on projects in a multidisciplinary environment • Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes • Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly while meeting project deadlines • Self-starters that are ambitious and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner • Excellent communication skills.
