• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including cloud environment, hardware, software, and networks • Provide remote technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software issues • Create, administer, and update user account settings, policies, and licenses within Microsoft 365 services • Participate in the implementation and deployment of new software products and IT solutions • Submit and manage requests for software licenses including Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, Revizto, Elumtools, SKM, Dialux, Tekla, and other engineering-related software • Install, configure, maintain, and update software and hardware as needed • Monitor network performance and security and implement measures to ensure data protection • Manage user permissions and ensure compliance with internal IT policies and procedures • Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement IT solutions that improve operational efficiency and productivity • Maintain documentation related to IT systems, configurations, and procedures • Stay up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies and recommend upgrades and improvements when appropriate • Support technology infrastructure behind large-scale mission-critical engineering projects
• 3+ years of experience in IT administration or a related field • Written and spoken English B1 and higher • Strong experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems administration • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience supporting remote users in an international environment (100+ users preferred) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Fast learning ability and adaptability in a dynamic environment • Basic experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Admin Portal, Exchange, SharePoint, Security, and Entra ID • Understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing administration • Experience with ITSM or Help Desk systems would be a plus • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V would be a plus • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure would be a plus • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications would be a plus • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Must provide a resume in English • Must work as an independent, self-employed professional under a formal independent contractor agreement
