📋 Description

• Work directly with customers in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries to make their production processes digital, efficient, and future-ready • Configure and implement solutions based on OpsTrakker and other leading MES platforms • Provide end-to-end support throughout projects, from analyzing existing processes through Go-Live • Contribute to digitalization projects for leading life sciences companies • Model and implement production-related processes in MES systems • Create electronic batch records (MBRs), recipes, forms, and eLogbooks • Maintain and configure master data, including plants, equipment, and materials • Prepare SOPs, work instructions, and project-related customer documentation • Conduct risk analyses and support qualification and validation activities • Plan and execute tests and document the results • Work closely with Production, Quality Management, Supply Chain, and Project Management • Actively support customers in implementing new digital processes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, pharmacy, or a comparable field • Interest in digital production processes and industrial software • Structured, process-oriented approach to work • Strong commitment to quality and a high level of responsibility • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Very good German and good English language skills • Willingness to travel up to 25% • Experience with MES systems such as PAS-X, POMS, Siemens Opcenter, or similar platforms is an advantage
