📋 Description

• Strategic and technical consulting on cloud software in the Customer Success area • Implementing and optimizing software solutions for sustainable customer support • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with a focus on value and growth • Proactively identifying optimization opportunities throughout the customer journey • Acting as the interface between customers and the development team • Developing creative solutions and driving modern IT and Customer Success processes • Collaborating with an international team • Participating in regular knowledge-sharing and feedback sessions

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth technical understanding of cloud software integration, including API documentation • Interest in modern Customer Success processes • Extensive experience in strategic customer management, from onboarding through renewal • Strategic mindset and a strong understanding of long-term customer engagement and development • Strong Zendesk expertise, with at least 3–5 years of experience, ideally as an administrator • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a major advantage • Proactive approach to customer management and ability to independently derive and implement initiatives • Native-level German proficiency • Very good English skills • Outside-the-box problem solver • Confident manner, ambition, and ability to work independently • Based in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, or Spain • No cover letter required; CV/resume is sufficient
