📋 Description

• Provide consulting services to the biotech and pharmaceutical industries • Work on project teams implementing manufacturing software • Perform roles across the software development life cycle, including programming, project management, software validation, and unit testing • Interact closely with clients, vendors, team members, and external stakeholders • Perform development or validation activities for the OpsTrakker mobile app when not at a client site • Analyze information and make appropriate project decisions • Travel occasionally to customer sites as required by project needs

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong, positive customer service and collaboration • Integrity and a keen focus on quality • Ability to quickly learn multidisciplinary skills and concepts • Great problem-solving and analytical decision-making skills • Willingness and ability to travel to client locations; travel likely averages 30–65% based on project and client requirements • Work authorization for the specified location • Understanding of the software development life cycle, including gathering user requirements, developing software code, and/or executing test protocols • Experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Systems required • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area such as Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration • Authoring and/or implementation experience with MES software packages such as POMS/POMSnet, Emerson Syncade, Körber PAS-X, Rockwell PharmaSuite, OpsCenter, or another MES tool used in Life Sciences • Openness to career development and feedback
