📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of clients having varied requirements for document processing relating to Import/Export and other similar businesses • Coordinate with various parties on behalf of the client e.g. Freight and forwarding agent/shipping company, Insurance agent, banks etc to procure necessary information and documents for onward submission of documents under Letter of Credit (LC). • Counter check all documents like purchase/sale contracts, Bill of lading/AWB, Inspection documents etc, received with reference to the LC • Examine any additional documents/certificates requirement in terms of the LC and prepare/arrange for the same • Ensure correct submissions to the bank within stipulated time frame • Coordinate for any discrepancies that may be raised by the bank and ensure settlement of the same. • Maintain tracking sheet of various shipments and the respective timelines to ensure tasks are completed well within deadlines • Any ad hoc duties that may be assigned by clients under the BPO portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Export Import management or International Trade preferred • Relevant work experience of 1-3 years • Good working knowledge of UCP600 and other international trade guidelines and practices. • Able to work under strict deadlines. • Must be fluent in spoken and written English. • Access to Laptop/Computer with specific specifications • Internet speed of minimum 50 mbps
