• Provide consulting services to the biotech and pharmaceutical industries • Work on project teams assisting with manufacturing software implementation • Perform software development lifecycle activities, including programming, project management, software validation, and unit testing • Interact closely with clients, team members, vendors, and external stakeholders • Perform development or validation activities for the OpsTrakker mobile app when not at a client • Travel to customer sites as required, typically averaging 30–65% depending on project and customer needs
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and familiarity with phases such as gathering user requirements, developing software code and/or executing test protocol • Experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Systems required • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area such as Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration • Authoring and/or implementation experience with MES software packages such as POMS/POMSnet, Emerson Syncade, Korber PAS-X, Rockwell PharmaSuite, OpsCenter, or another MES tool used in Life Sciences • Ability to travel to client sites when necessary • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong customer service and collaboration skills • Integrity and strong work ethic • Ability to quickly learn multidisciplinary skills and concepts • Strong problem-solving and analytical decision-making skills • Openness to career development and feedback • Work authorization for Singapore
