📋 Description

• Establish world-class customer support • Define and implement Customer Support tools and operations • Build lasting relationships with customers and become their Legal Care partner • Assess customer engagement, customer satisfaction, and NPS • Ensure high service adoption • Implement action plans across the customer portfolio • Improve Ekie's adoption and customer satisfaction • Organize webinars and events to train customers • Identify and communicate service weaknesses or development opportunities to the Product team • Define the customer experience and operations roadmap with the Head of Operations • Iterate on and improve the user experience on a daily basis

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Master's degree • An entrepreneurial mindset; you enjoy taking on challenges and learning quickly • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment • You identify problems and, above all, can provide solutions • Strong attention to detail • Eager to learn, unafraid of making mistakes, and able to support initiatives you initially disagreed with • Our job openings are open to everyone
