📋 Description

• QA several dozen web edits per day • Ensure Webmaster work matches client requirements • Coordinate with Webmasters when requirements are misinterpreted or tasks contain cosmetic, visual, functionality, or standards-related mistakes • Ensure completed tasks adhere to individual client preferences • Provide Webmaster Team Managers with insights into recurring problems and suggestions for eliminating them • Update internal systems with client preferences and key notes • Help the team with website edits on WordPress when required • Work closely with Webmasters, Webmaster Team Managers, and Client Account Managers • Meet strict deadlines while delivering exceptional quality

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar field/role (QA, web testing, or webmaster) is a must • Expertise in cross-browser, cross-device, and web accessibility QA testing • Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, WordPress, and WordPress themes • Prior experience working with ticketing or task management systems • Prior experience working with foreign clientele is preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to communicate clearly with clients via Zoom, VOIP, and email • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to remain calm and offer constructive solutions under pressure • Ability to juggle multiple tasks under tight timeframes without compromising quality • Must cover 8 hours per workday and 40 hours per standard workweek, Monday to Friday • Work hours must include 2 hours between 8:00 PM and 2:00 AM Sri Lanka Standard Time and 6 hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Sri Lanka Standard Time • Must define and adhere to a fixed work schedule • Cannot work on weekends • Must have a calm and quiet work environment • Must have a dedicated desktop or laptop and headset with microphone • Cannot use a tablet or mobile for tasks • Must have a high-speed, stable internet connection • Work device must have Zoom, Chrome, Firefox, Slack, antivirus software, and a mail client pre-installed • Must install additional software as required • Cannot be employed by another company while employed by Bizycorp • Applicants must be Sri Lankan citizens or foreign nationals living in Sri Lanka with a valid work permit
