📋 Description

• Deliver technical software upgrades for Elekta customers across Europe, from planning and installation through testing, validation and go-live support • Perform upgrades remotely and at customer sites • Work closely with customers, project managers, trainers, engineers, distributors and technical service colleagues • Keep customers and the Upgrade Project Manager informed of progress, risks and issues • Prepare, maintain and submit upgrade documentation, reports, backups and signed records • Support customer acceptance testing and complete upgrade documentation and process sign-off • Provide post-upgrade support during testing, validation and go-live • Support calls from customers, Elekta engineers and distributors related to upgrades • Escalate significant technical issues and keep business teams and distributors updated • Travel at short notice to resolve technical or customer-site issues • Maintain a safe, organised and effective working environment, including risk assessments • Follow Elekta quality, regulatory and safety policies and report issues affecting delivery, reliability or safety • Support the Technical Service Department with technical advice, remote or office-based support and other relevant tasks when not performing upgrades

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, or equivalent relevant work experience • Strong technical knowledge across PC and network computing environments, including SQL, Citrix, Microsoft cloud solutions, storage configuration, virtualization, Active Directory and Windows operating systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English • Demonstrated customer care skills and a professional, service-oriented approach • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing your own workload and maintaining technical knowledge independently • Flexibility to travel up to 50% across Europe and work outside standard hours, including scheduled weekend upgrade activities • Experience in a technical support environment is desirable • Knowledge of healthcare environments is desirable • Commitment to following Elekta quality, regulatory and safety policies and representing Elekta professionally in customer interactions • CV submitted in English
