📋 Description

• Own link building for a portfolio of 10 to 15 clients • Manage link building for 10 to 15 clients at a time • Research and find backlink opportunities fitting each client's niche, services, and location • Select sites meeting criteria: domain authority between 40 and 80, real organic traffic, a mostly US audience, and relevance to addiction and mental health treatment • Identify and avoid link farms and low-quality sites • Determine when and how to disavow harmful links and what to consider before doing so • Negotiate prices down and stay within each client's monthly budget • Maintain accurate tracking spreadsheets covering site, cost, status, and whether each link is live and indexed • Work from action items, follow up until completion, and report progress clearly • Execute consistently and precisely; strategy and client relationships are not owned by this role

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of SEO concepts (on-page, keywords, content structure, internal linking) • Comfort working with repetitive, execution-focused tasks • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow process • Proven link building experience, ideally for an agency. This is required. • Proof of results: examples of links you built and the impact they had • Strong English, written and spoken (C1) • Very organized, with great follow-through • A strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
