📋 Description

• Develop and manage social media content for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn • Create, schedule, and optimize posts aligned with company projects and brand messaging • Design and format professional company documents, including: • - Presentations • - Qualification packages • - Request for Proposals (RFPs) • - Training materials • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and deliverables • Collaborate with internal teams and business groups to gather project information and marketing inputs • Coordinate photography projects by: • - Identifying and selecting local photographers near project sites • - Managing scheduling and logistics • - Overseeing editing and final asset delivery • - Ensuring proper usage of visual assets across marketing channels

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in marketing, branding, or a related field • Familiarity with the construction, engineering, or related industries is preferred • Ability to translate technical/project information into clear marketing materials • Strong content creation and social media management skills • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva • Excellent written and visual communication skills • Fluency in the English language • Strong organizational and project management abilities • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • High attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency • Experience supporting proposal development or RFP responses in construction or professional services (Preferred) • Experience coordinating external vendors (e.g., photographers, designers) (Preferred)

Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
