📋 Description

• Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms • Own daily performance and hit CPA / ROAS / conversion targets • Analyze data to uncover trends and growth opportunities • Create and maintain dashboards (AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, CallRail, etc.) • Collaborate with account managers and creative teams • Present performance updates and recommendations to clients

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of PPC experience in a digital-marketing agency (required) • Advanced Google Ads expertise (Search, Display, Performance Max), including writing creative, compelling copy • Proven success in both e-commerce and lead-generation campaigns • Strong analytical and reporting skills—you’re fluent in data • Comfortable communicating directly with clients • Able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment • **Remote-Work Expectations ** • We’re remote-first, but not hands-off. You should have a dedicated workspace, reliable internet, and the ability to manage your own time. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll.
