📋 Description

• Run full SEO audits for client websites, identify problems, build solutions, and track results • Conduct keyword research and develop content strategies based on search intent, competition, and SERP behavior • Implement on-page SEO including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content optimization • Handle technical SEO including site speed, schema markup, structured data, XML sitemaps, 301 redirects, crawl errors, and indexing issues • Build and manage local SEO strategies including Google Business Profile optimization, citation management, NAP consistency, and location pages • Execute link-building campaigns including outreach, link auditing, and building high-quality backlinks • Write or optimize SEO content for blog posts, landing pages, and service pages • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to improve SEO workflows • Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, or Ahrefs • Deliver performance reports to account managers and participate in client communication when needed • Track Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and emerging SEO tools and methods • Optimize for AI and LLM visibility using platforms such as ChatGPT and Perplexity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results (traffic growth, ranking improvements, lead generation) • Technical SEO skills including site speed, schema, crawl audits, indexing, and URL structure • Experience with Screaming Frog • On-page SEO skills including keyword optimization, content structure, meta tags, and internal linking • Local SEO experience with Google Business Profile, citations, location pages, and map pack rankings • Link-building experience including outreach, link auditing, and building quality backlinks • Daily use of Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console • Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar for SEO workflows • Ability to write or improve SEO content including blog posts, service pages, and landing pages • HTML/CSS basics • Analytical, data-driven decision-making • Good English communication skills • Nice to have: agency experience, Home Services or Healthcare SEO experience, JavaScript/PHP/WordPress knowledge, Hotjar/Microsoft Clarity experience, CRO experience, and AI/LLM search optimization experience
