📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, primarily GTM/Sales transactions in Brazil, including enterprise customer contracts • Support commercial transactions in other LATAM countries, including SaaS, licensing, and strategic partnerships • Partner with sales, business development, and operations teams on high-growth go-to-market strategies • Monitor and interpret country-specific legal and regulatory developments involving data protection, technology, and AI • Apply legal and regulatory knowledge to contract drafting and risk assessment • Develop, maintain, and localize contract templates, playbooks, and policies • Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to cross-functional teams • Contribute to scaling the Legal Team’s commercial function and collaborative culture

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and qualification to practice law in Brazil • Native-level Portuguese and fluent English; Spanish strongly preferred • 7+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience • In-house experience in technology or SaaS strongly preferred • Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements • Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, and intellectual property • Experience advising on privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border data transfer issues • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Comfort in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines • Ability to manage ambiguity and make informed, timely decisions • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional and global colleagues
