📋 Description

• Work as part of a driven team to unlock the full potential of ElevenLabs’ voice AI platform for a growing customer base • Scale technical solutions efficiently across many enterprise customers • Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process • Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions • Create compelling technical demonstrations communicating the product’s value proposition • Create technical enablement resources to improve the sales team’s effectiveness and technical fluency • Build self-service tools and documentation enabling customers to implement solutions independently • Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features and collaborate with product teams to implement them • Travel regularly for customer onsites

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products • Enjoyment of working directly with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored support • Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled • Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams • Strong technical background to architect integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and customers’ existing solutions • Experience working with customers; student clubs or side projects are acceptable • Proficiency in Python • Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences • Fluency in Mandarin and English • Deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances • Preferred to be based within Singapore • Willingness to travel regularly for customer onsites
