📋 Description

• Open a new market for ElevenLabs and build the team needed to establish it • Hire the team required, win the first customers in the market, and ensure product impact • Meet strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs and identify pain points • Build and lead a regional team of forward deployed engineers • Identify use cases through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows • Work with engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology in innovative solutions • Design and architect bespoke customer integrations • Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models • Present results and future-work proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives • Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into software products and AI models • Build and deliver demos of voice and audio AI technology • Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors globally • Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners • Collaborate with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders internally and at customer or partner organizations • Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams • Basic proficiency in Python • Understanding of API integration for implementing scripts and building prototypes/demos • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to summarize complex technical concepts and use logic to pursue optimal solutions • Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models and their applications • Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives • Understanding of deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact • Fluency in English and Arabic • Deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances • Regular travel for customer onsites • Nice to have: experience identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners
