📋 Description

• Implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions as a functional consultant • Perform configuration based on client requirements • Assess gaps between Oracle products and client requirements • Write functional specifications • Drive workshops • Coordinate with client business leads to finalize conversion templates • Perform unit and end-to-end testing • Coordinate with third-party vendors to test integrations • Associates and Senior Associates: work across 2–3 Oracle Cloud HCM modules and complete full projects through go-live • Managers: manage a segment within a project portfolio • Managers: provide people management and project oversight • Managers: support sales enablement, proposal solutioning, pricing, and the sales process • Managers: manage operational and financial metrics and portfolio profitability • Managers: ensure project delivery quality and customer satisfaction • Managers: oversee projects and manage a profitable revenue stream • Managers: apply project management principles to projects of increasing complexity • Managers: manage project managers in a matrix environment • Managers: lead HCM full-lifecycle implementations from requirements through go-live • Managers: manage data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, and functional solution design • Navigate cross-border and diverse teams and engagements • Lead open conversations with teams, clients, and stakeholders to build trust • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct

🎯 Requirements

• Strong process knowledge in one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules • Ability to configure Oracle Cloud HCM based on client requirements • Ability to identify gaps between Oracle products and client requirements • Experience writing functional specifications • Experience driving workshops • Experience coordinating with client business leads to finalize conversion templates • Experience performing unit and end-to-end testing • Strong communication skills • Ability to coordinate with third-party vendors to test integrations • Minimum of 16 years of formal education; BE/BTECH/ME/MTECH/MBA/MCA preferred • Domain knowledge required for functional consultants • Associates: 2–4 years overall experience, including minimum 2 years relevant Cloud HCM experience • Senior Associates: 5–8 years overall experience, including minimum 3 years relevant Cloud HCM experience • Associates and Senior Associates: experience in 2–3 modules among Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Management, and Payroll • Associates and Senior Associates: at least 2 full projects through go-live • Associates and Senior Associates: ability to understand, analyze, and solve explicit and implicit requirements • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to develop other colleagues • Managers: 10–14 years of relevant total experience, including 5+ years of project management experience • Managers: multiple HCM full-lifecycle implementations, with three end-to-end cloud implementations or 5+ years of Oracle Cloud experience • Managers: experience across requirements definition, functional solution design, implementation, data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live • Functional expertise in various HCM modules • Understanding of integrations and solutions in HCM projects • Strong business writing and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical abilities and quantitative project management exposure, including financials and metrics • Experience navigating cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements • Strong people and team management experience • Ability to travel as needed • Strong project management, influencing, and negotiation skills • Product, technology, or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus
