• Understand and analyze end-to-end finance business processes (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash). • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders. • Map business requirements to Oracle Financials functionalities and recommend optimal solutions. • Configure and support Oracle Finance modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM). • Demonstrate strong accounting knowledge including journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance requirements. • Work closely with technical teams on: Interfaces (inbound/outbound integrations) • Data conversions and migrations • Customizations and reports • Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and support technical design discussions. • Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure successful deployment. • Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles. • Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials modules. • Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively. • Experience in designing and supporting interfaces and data conversion activities. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
