📋 Description

• Lead or execute custom code remediation, performance optimization, and technical conversion tasks during the transition from legacy ECC environments to SAP S/4HANA • Analyze and adapt custom ABAP code, reports, and enhancements for compatibility with the S/4HANA simplification database list • Use the ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC) and run simplification item checks to identify obsolete code • Handle dictionary and program adjustments during system upgrades using SPAU/SPDD • Optimize legacy programs for the SAP HANA database using CDS views and ABAP for S/4HANA • Assist with Fiori app activation, OData services configuration, and user experience modernization

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of total SAP ABAP experience • Hands-on participation in at least 2 to 3 Brownfield conversion projects (system conversions/technical upgrades) • Advanced Object-Oriented ABAP • Debugging • SQL optimization • Experience with enhancement frameworks (BAdIs, User Exits) • Deep understanding of S/4HANA data structures • Experience with custom code adaptation • Knowledge of migration cockpit tools • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
