📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs related to HR/HCM modules • Translate HR process requirements into technical solutions • Design and develop reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows in the SAP HR environment • Support SAP Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll modules • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of existing ABAP programs • Participate in data migration, system upgrades, and HR system integrations • Prepare technical documentation and functional specifications • Provide technical support and resolve production issues related to HR processes • Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP Technical Consultant with strong ABAP development skills • Hands-on experience with SAP HR/HCM modules and HR business processes • Experience developing HR reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows • Knowledge of employee lifecycle, payroll, time management, and organizational management processes • Experience with SAP debugging, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting • Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and data migration tools is an advantage • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
