📋 Description

• Set up servers, databases, and core SAP software • Install and configure SAP systems and administer client copies • Upgrade and migrate SAP systems using HANA DMO and SUM • Manage transports across multiple systems from testing to production • Monitor and tune performance by optimizing memory, adjusting background jobs, and balancing workloads • Analyze performance and EarlyWatch Alert (EWA) data • Manage SAP users, create accounts, assign access roles, enable Fiori, and analyze OData service logs • Schedule backups and plan recovery procedures to prevent data loss • Resolve P1/P2/P3 incidents according to SLA requirements • Manage SAP OSS/SAP ECS service requests • Manage incidents using ServiceNow and customer tools • Manage SAP CHaRM and SAP ALM processes • Perform problem management and SAP innovation management on SAP HANA databases • Support SAP BTP, SAC, and NetWeaver connections and administration • Coordinate project and team management activities

🎯 Requirements

• Very Good understanding of SAP system architecture and administration • Experience with SAP HANA/S/4HANA • Experience supporting and administering SAP BTP connections • Experience supporting and administering SAP SAC connections • Experience supporting and administering SAP NetWeaver connections • Experience with SAP installations, configurations, and client copy administration • Experience with SAP HANA DMO and SUM upgrades and migrations • Experience with transport management for multiple systems • Experience with performance management and EWA analysis • Understanding of P1/P2/P3 SLA issue resolution • Database management experience with HANA, MaxDB, OpenText, Oracle, Sybase, and MySQL • SAP user administration, Fiori enablement, and OData service log analysis • Project management experience • Team management experience • SAP OSS/SAP ECS service request management • Incident management using ServiceNow or customer tools • SAP CHaRM and SAP ALM management • Problem management experience • SAP innovation management on SAP HANA databases • Experience setting up servers, databases, and core SAP software • Performance tuning, including memory optimization, background-job adjustment, and workload balancing • User account creation and access-role assignment • Transporting software changes from testing to production • Backup and recovery planning • Experience with Linux or Windows operating systems • Experience with Oracle or SQL database management • SAP Certified Technology Associate certification highly preferred
