📋 Description

• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for SAP BODS production interfaces following transition from the implementation team to Managed Services • Monitor and support approximately 5 daily BODS production interfaces • Troubleshoot interface failures and resolve BODS technical issues • Perform error analysis and root-cause investigation • Coordinate with Charter teams for master-data and business-related issues • Support minor enhancements, change requests, and new interfaces as required • Provide Level 3 technical support for complex BODS issues • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge continuity • Support stabilization and smooth transition from implementation to steady-state operations

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on SAP BODS development and production support experience • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities • Experience supporting SAP data interfaces and integrations • Ability to work with functional, business, and technical teams • Experience with Managed Services/production support environments preferred
