📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced SAP Payments Functional Consultant to join our team, specializing in SAP Fioneer Banking solutions. The consultant will play a key role in guiding clients through core banking transformation journeys, leveraging SAP’s functional capabilities to design, implement, and optimize payment processes.

🎯 Requirements

• - Maintain and enhance knowledge of SAP Fioneer Banking applications, industry best practices, and emerging developments. • - Engage with clients to understand requirements, conduct needs analysis, and provide consultative insights for transformation journeys. • - Present SAP Fioneer Banking capabilities and tailor solutions to client needs, with emphasis on functional expertise. • - Assist in preparing proposals aligned with organizational standards and client expectations. • - Establish and review client controls, recommend best practices, and secure client acceptance of solutions. • - Advise clients on standard vs. customized options, ensuring optimal use of SAP capabilities. • - Identify, assess, and report risks during projects; contribute to mitigation strategies. • - Adhere to project management standards, departmental procedures, and quality assurance guidelines. • - Support post-implementation activities, ensuring timely completion and documentation updates. • **Job Requirements** • - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the banking domain, with specific expertise in SAP Fioneer Banking suite. • - Project management experience preferred. • - SAP FI/CO or SAP Fioneer certification is advantageous. • **Required Skills:** • - Proven track record in SAP Fioneer Banking functional consulting, including implementations and support. • - Strong knowledge of domestic and international banking domains, processes, and KPIs. • - Expertise in System Development Life Cycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), quality assurance, and risk management. • - Excellent business writing, presentation, and facilitation skills. • - Experience with banking domain software platforms and vendors. • - Exposure to cloud-based technologies and migration programs within the banking sector. • - Client-facing consulting experience with stakeholder engagement and workshops. • - Background in Core Banking Transformation programs at multiple levels (management, design, implementation).
