📋 Description

• Support Emerald Clinical projects by performing statistical programming as directed by senior management or an Emerald Clinical Statistician • Plan, coordinate, implement, test, and document statistical programs for tables, figures, and listings in complex studies • Program and write specifications for SDTM datasets • Program analysis datasets (derived datasets) and transfer files for internal and external clients • Program quality-control checks for source data and periodically report data issues • Communicate with data management, project management, client statisticians, and client team members regarding requirements and timelines • Use and promote established standards, SOPs, and best practices • Complete mandatory training and attend required training sessions • Identify resources and training supporting learning and development • Ensure quality control of relevant processes and activities • Report and escalate risks and issues according to company or project requirements • Provide input to systems, tools, and processes for continuous improvement • Share knowledge to facilitate organizational learning and development • Comply with Work Health & Safety legislation and organizational procedures • Promote and contribute to a safe, secure environment for staff and visitors

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree • Completed SAS certification • Minimum 1 years’ experience with statistical programming in SAS • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the CRO environment • Technological proficiency including SAS • Technological proficiency including Microsoft Office packages • Ability and motivation to learn and develop • Good teamwork and willingness to help other team members • Ability to see the big picture while focusing on detail and quality • Ability to be flexible and adaptable amid changing priorities and ambiguity • Comply with applicable regulations, guidelines, SOPs, and project-specific requirements • Comply with designated systems relevant to the role
