📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of product features from ambiguous problem statements to shipped software • Partner with Product and Design to define what should be built • Use the design system to make independent UX and interaction decisions • Build web app flows, dashboards, and in-product controls for understandable, controllable, trustworthy AI behavior • Integrate LLM-based features and agent outputs into product flows • Talk directly to users and incorporate findings into design and prioritization • Ship quickly, instrument releases, and iterate based on real usage • Collaborate with AI-focused engineers on model or agent tuning • Address interaction design, edge cases, error states, and usability • Help shape product roadmaps and business strategies for major brands

🎯 Requirements

• 2-7 years of software engineering experience shipping full-stack product features to real users • Comfortable working across frontend and backend • Experience shipping from vague or underspecified problems without a fully scoped ticket • Working fluency with LLM-based systems, including features built on LLM APIs or agents • Understanding of prompting and non-determinism • Strong product judgment regarding build vs. buy, LLM vs. deterministic logic, and speed vs. polish • Comfortable using a design system to make independent UX decisions • Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar • High agency and bias toward shipping
