📋 Description

• Own workflow build and architecture end to end, from ambiguous business requirement through build, testing, and deployment • Write and maintain custom code where HubSpot’s native tools fall short • Read, debug, modify, and write JavaScript independently • Build and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, webhooks, authentication, and JSON • Partner with sales, service, operations, and admin teams to understand needs and challenge impractical requests • Build conditional logic, personalisation, and property-based content into email templates and modules • Anticipate duplicate records, missing data, edge cases, and downstream workflow problems • Investigate failures, find root causes, and propose fixes • Evaluate better tools for manual processes and make the case for adopting them • Report to the COO and serve as the technical backbone of Contour’s HubSpot instance

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise, including objects, properties, associations, workflows, pipelines, and automation tools • Strong coding ability, particularly JavaScript • Real comfort working inside HubSpot’s Custom Code actions • Working understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, and JSON • Ability to troubleshoot integrations when they break • Business and process judgment, including evaluating workflows from the end user’s perspective • Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into robust, end-to-end technical solutions • Ability to account for edge cases and failure states • Comfortable working across the India and Australia time difference • Submit a CV and a short write-up of one HubSpot workflow or integration built end to end
