📋 Description

• Support the transition to a new ERP system through a fixed-term, one-year project • Reconcile supplier revenue, payments, documents, and outstanding balances • Create additional invoices and payment requests • Update invoice and payment statuses • Verify supplier settlements in ERP and perform other accounting tasks in 1C:8.3 • Collect and prepare payment data in Google Sheets • Maintain settlement details and hoteliers’ banking information • Work within internal Extranet and CRM systems • Reconcile, issue, and delete virtual credit cards • Maintain a registry of active virtual credit cards • Handle hotelier requests via chat and email • Make adjustments, provide documents and information, and process payments • Complete additional tasks assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in Economics or Finance • 2+ years of experience as an Accountant or Junior Accountant • Advanced user of Excel • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher • Russian language proficiency at C1 level • Knowledge of 1C/ERP finance programs
