📋 Description

• Ondersteunen van klanten met hun eerste- en tweedelijns vragen • Actief onderhouden van relaties met bestaande klanten • Bieden van oplossingen die klanttevredenheid garanderen • Mogelijkheid om werkzaamheden bij klanten op locatie uit te voeren • Implementeren van software bij klanten en aansturen van implementaties na doorgroeimogelijkheden

🎯 Requirements

• HBO of WO diploma in de richting van: Business IT & Management, ICT Management, Software Engineering, Informatica, HR, Facility of een andere passende studie • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal • Communicatief vaardig, een goede luisteraar en heeft analytisch vermogen • Proactief en een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel • Creatief oplossingsvermogen
