📋 Description

• Manage the monthly reporting process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes and reporting deadlines • Prepare daily/monthly flash reports for Orders and Sales at SYSS/Site level • Determine appropriate revenue recognition methods for projects • Perform revenue and COS recognition in Oracle • Reconcile WIP/UBR/UER control accounts between the PA subledger and General Ledger • Conduct month-end checks, including EAC movements, loss accruals, and cost corrections • Work on pre-close accruals, timesheet reclassification, and timesheet analysis • Maintain Oracle projects, close projects, reconcile costs and revenues, and clear differences and interface errors • Review and validate foreign currency exposures monthly • Generate project financial reports, invoice reports, project status inquiries, and invoice/expenditure inquiry reports • Review project cost and revenue accuracy and completeness • Reconcile backlog and report FX backlog correctly • Perform WIP and UBR aging analysis • Perform monthly variance analysis and GP tracking, including non-project orders • Participate in monthly forecasting and ensure correct backlog phasing • Support segment reporting, post-month-end site and business-unit reporting, annual budgets, mid-year reviews, and operations reviews • Liaise with Business Unit Financial Analysts during month-end close and explain variances • Support WIP count, inventory analysis, annual audits, and monthly and quarterly project reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Finance professional with up to 3 years of work experience in the FP&A domain • Hands-on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools • Self-starter • Situational adaptability and ability to manage complexities and ambiguity • Creative, self-driven, and self-motivated • High standards of accuracy and highly organized • Team player • Qualified Chartered Accountant or CMA with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience in the finance domain • Basic understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of Oracle and Oracle SmartView • Good Excel knowledge and presentation tools
