📋 Description

• Drive adoption of the ServiceNow platform • Connect global teams • Promote operational transformation • Serve as Product Owner / Platform Enablement Lead • Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, technical teams, and business leaders • Develop adoption plans, workshops, communications, and team readiness initiatives • Define and track adoption, utilization, and business outcome KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in ITSM, Service Delivery operations, managed services, or platform enablement • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, including its workflows, functionalities, and integrations • Experience with platform adoption, organizational change management (OCM), and operational transformation • Experience working with Product Owners, stakeholders, technical teams, and business leaders • Experience developing adoption plans, workshops, communications, and team readiness initiatives • Experience defining and tracking adoption, utilization, and business outcome KPIs • Experience working in global corporate environments • Fluency in English and Portuguese • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience • ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ITSM, or CSM certifications • Experience in managed services and global Service Delivery environments
