📋 Description

• Focus on platform engineering and DevOps enablement for the Lean Non-Prod platform • Create, maintain, and standardize CI/CD pipelines • Build and maintain reusable “golden pipeline” patterns across different technology stacks • Develop pipeline types for Terraform IaC, Maven, Node, ArgoCD, and Liquibase • Operationalize a reliable Liquibase pipeline supporting Oracle and PostgreSQL database deployment patterns • Set up or support the EKS environment in production • Manage infrastructure promotion, approvals, and governance through Infrastructure as Code • Apply enterprise security controls to pipelines and platform components • Configure, troubleshoot, scale, and secure GitLab runners and pipeline execution • Collaborate with development, QA, security, operations, and platform teams • Work through dependencies, clarify requirements, troubleshoot pipeline failures, and document reusable patterns

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE experience with hands-on CI/CD delivery • Practical experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, especially in GitLab CI • Experience with Jenkins and ArgoCD • Experience building reusable, governed pipeline templates • Experience working in AWS environments, especially EKS and Kubernetes-based workloads • Infrastructure as Code experience, especially Terraform • Understanding of enterprise DevOps, environment promotion, approvals, and governance • Understanding of enterprise security controls, including firewall rules, dedicated ERSA/IAM roles, least-privilege access, and highly privileged automation paths • Familiarity with Liquibase in CI/CD workflows for Oracle and PostgreSQL is a strong plus • Understanding of GitLab runner configuration, troubleshooting, scaling, and secure execution patterns • Comfortable with Bash or Python scripting • Experience with reusable pipeline frameworks and enterprise security controls is preferred
