📋 Description

• Contributing to performance quality management processes • Developing performance improvement strategies • Setting and monitoring performance metrics • Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement • Collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency and productivity • Implementing performance test management strategies • Creating and executing performance testing scripts • Analyzing performance data to track progress • Implementing solutions to address performance gaps • Assisting with training programs • Monitoring performance metrics and implementing new solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience with Performance Quality/Test scripting and execution • Solid proficiency in using performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling) • Experience with AppDynamics • Solid to Strong Analytical Skills • Understanding of System Architecture (networking, databases, application servers) • Debugging and Troubleshooting skills • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools • General test design skills • Basic understanding of programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms • Experience with Load and Stress Testing • Basic understanding of databases and performance tuning • Good problem-solving mindset • Ability to clearly communicate performance issues and test results • Effective collaboration with developers, QA engineers, and team members
