📋 Description

• Partner with Sr. Architects, peers, and junior resources to define and execute business-aligned IT strategy and vision • Develop, document, and provide input into technology and integration roadmaps, architectural standards, and reusable solution patterns • Define integration architecture patterns for APIs, events, messaging, batch/file exchange, streaming, ETL/ELT, SaaS integration, and partner integration • Create and maintain reference architectures • Design and modernize complex systems into cloud-compatible or cloud-native applications • Develop strategies for migrating legacy applications and integrations to cloud systems • Lead solution design for secure, scalable, reusable integration services • Evaluate new applications and technical options, build business cases, and influence technology direction • Implement best practices, standards, and guidance and coach technology team members • Make leadership recommendations on strategic architectural considerations related to process design and orchestration • Provide leadership and direction in development and engineering practices • Collaborate with business and technology teams on architecture and design issues • Respond to evolving security conditions and implement or recommend security guidelines • Provide thought leadership and maintain the enterprise architecture discipline • Provide solution guidance and implementation assistance within full-stack development teams • Recommend scalable and performant architecture changes while controlling costs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience • 10+ years' experience in architecting Enterprise Solutions, Data Integration, and emerging technologies • Strong experience with enterprise integration patterns, API-led integration, event-driven architecture, messaging, file/batch exchange, streaming, and data integration • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a team environment • Demonstrated continuous learning and ability to evaluate new technologies pragmatically • Strong development skills, including writing complex code and tuning • Ability to create solution architecture documents, integration diagrams, interface specifications, API and event contracts, and architecture decision records • Basic understanding of data science principles and data needs • Financial Services industry experience • Development awareness including CI/CD, automated testing, containerized applications, and secure agile delivery practices • Java, Pro-C, Python, and JavaScript/Typescript programming experience • Experience with messaging and event platforms such as Kafka, Solace, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, Azure Service Bus, AWS SNS/SQS, Google Pub/Sub, or similar technologies • Normal Office Working Conditions
