📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales partners to produce comprehensive, high-quality proposals • Gather responses from the RFP content management system, Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and other colleagues • Manage project requirements with assistance and communicate proactively • Coordinate internal strategy meetings and outsource questions • Format documents and oversee project milestones • Ensure proposal output meets required standards and business objectives • Coordinate final documents and distribution • Ensure external deliverables are met • Multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve using defined procedures • Communicate challenges verbally and in writing to build consensus • Collaborate with business partners across the organization to deliver consistent marketplace messaging • Maintain the internal content library through change requests and new Q&A pairings • Update internal tracking systems for real-time reporting • Contribute to special projects • Support projects of simple and average complexity • Review proposals for data accuracy • Seek and apply performance guidance and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience • 2-4 years of experience in RFP/pre-sales • Excellent interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills • Understanding of investment and retirement terminology desirable but not compulsory • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail • Ability to think critically and draw from several resources to create simple, unified, persuasive output • Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships • Experience with MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
