⢠Conduct proactive outbound prospecting of companies ⢠Identify and approach decision-makers in HR, marketing, and corporate events ⢠Qualify leads and understand client needs ⢠Conduct closing meetings ⢠Log interactions in the CRM ⢠Support the generation of opportunities for corporate events, lectures, and stand-up presentations ⢠Maintain follow-ups with prospective clients ⢠Conduct performance review meetings with the Manager

⢠Strong verbal and written communication ⢠Organized and disciplined approach to lead management ⢠Commercial mindset and ease initiating and conducting conversations ⢠Interest in B2B sales ⢠Ability to identify business opportunities ⢠Previous experience as Inside Sales or in a commercial/sales role ⢠Experience with outbound prospecting
