📋 Description

• Perform maintenance, updates, and page layout work in WordPress and Elementor • Make adjustments and configure websites and digital tools according to the team’s guidance and priorities • Understand requests from clients and colleagues, clarify questions, and gather the necessary information • Investigate technical issues, perform initial checks, and escalate complex requests with context and evidence • Use AI to support learning, issue investigation, and solution implementation, evaluating suggestions and testing results • Support the team leader with operational requests, gradually taking on more complex tasks • Assist with small automations and configurations using low-code and no-code tools • Validate deliverables by checking functionality, presentation, and alignment with the request • Keep tasks up to date and communicate progress, outstanding items, and blockers while meeting deadlines • Accurately record the time spent on activities • Document recurring solutions and contribute to improvements in work processes • Follow security and confidentiality guidelines when using systems, access credentials, data, and AI tools

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service, support, or similar roles involving the resolution of questions and problems • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly to non-technical audiences • Active listening, empathy, and accountability in responding to clients • Comfortable using computers, digital tools, and information-research resources • Logical reasoning skills to investigate problems, develop hypotheses, and verify results • Practical familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms • Ability to explain a problem to AI with sufficient context, ask follow-up questions, and verify the responses • Organizational skills to manage multiple requests, record activities, and meet deadlines and commitments • Basic knowledge of document, spreadsheet, and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office • Discipline and communication skills to work in a remote environment • Interest in learning about websites, digital marketing, automations, and new tools • Basic knowledge of WordPress and Elementor for content updates and page layout work • A college degree is a plus • Preferred: experience providing technical support for websites or working at digital agencies • Preferred: basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript • Preferred: familiarity with hosting, domains, DNS, FTP/SFTP, SSH, and web servers • Preferred: familiarity with browser diagnostic tools and interpreting error messages • Preferred: experience with task management and time-tracking tools • Preferred: knowledge of low-code, no-code, or automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier • Preferred: basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and JSON • Preferred: familiarity with RD Station, CRMs, or other digital marketing tools • Preferred: basic knowledge of SEO, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics • Preferred: practical examples of using AI to solve problems, create small solutions, or improve tasks
