📋 Description
• Monitor orders daily (Veeqo / Amazon Seller Central) • Ensure correct routing to the 3PL (Stock and Ship) • Anticipate and resolve delays before they affect metrics • Update handling time based on actual data • Validate tracking and ensure accuracy in the system • Generate daily report with root-cause analysis of issues • Communicate risks before they become problems
🎯 Requirements
• Reside in Brazil's North or Northeast • Have or register as MEI (Individual Micro-Entrepreneur) • Own a computer and have a stable internet connection • Genuine availability for U.S. working hours (Eastern Time) • Mobile phone available throughout the workday • Intermediate English (reading and writing) • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) • Analytical profile • Practical experience with artificial intelligence • Proactivity • Substantive AI knowledge (not just basic use)
