• Responsible for managing the full operational workflow of the company’s recovery services business • Overseeing team members who identify potential claims, contact clients, sell recovery services, collect documents, and process claims • Ensuring leads are properly assigned and prospects contacted in a professional and compliant manner • Managing people, systems, reporting, and accountability for the company's operations
