• Ejecutar las actividades de atención de Servicio al Cliente a los diferentes usuarios • Gestionar las consultas y/o requerimientos de los usuarios a través de los canales dispuestos
🎯 Requirements
• Técnico o tecnólogo en cualquier área o estudiante activo o aplazado certificado en 3 semestre • 1 año de experiencia certificable en servicio al cliente, ventas o cobranzas, en modalidad presencial o contact center • Lugar de residencia en Medellín o área metropolitana
