📋 Description

• Develop and scale high-performance, cloud-native web applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure • Transform prototypes, internal automation tools, and predictive models into robust, scalable, production-ready features • Ensure high availability and low-latency performance for backend worker queues, mission-critical systems, and cloud infrastructure • Build intuitive dashboards that provide visibility into automation pipelines • Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including GitLab and the Gemini ecosystem, to accelerate development, code reviews, and automated testing • Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams while contributing to a strong culture of mentorship

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building full-stack web applications, including complex API integrations and background job processing • Strong experience with Ruby on Rails • Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript technologies such as Node.js and React • Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and monitoring scalable applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience or practical exposure to automation tools, RPA bots, automated agents, or Document Intelligence/IDP solutions • Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve coding velocity and quality • Ability to build complete product features across frontend and backend • Ability to comply with HIPAA rules and regulations • Preferred: Experience building AI Agents using OpenClaw, UiPath, or Gemini AI Studio • Preferred: Experience with Document Intelligence APIs such as Azure Document Intelligence, AWS Textract, or Google Cloud Document AI • Preferred: Experience with message brokers and complex state management using RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka, or Pub/Sub • Preferred: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines • Preferred: Familiarity with prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG use cases
