📋 Description

• Develop and maintain systems supporting the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform • Contribute to the development of an access management product • Participate in solution architecture design and hypothesis-scenario development • Work in a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and feedback • Participate in squad ceremonies and, occasionally, chapter meetings • Ensure code quality and security • Work with a Continuous Delivery mindset, focusing on delivering value to the business and end customers • Promote and guide the team in development best practices, including Code Review, Pair Programming, and Secure Development

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Back End development using Node.js and Front End development using React.js/Next.js • Knowledge of REST APIs (Postman, SoapUI) • Knowledge of Microservices and Microfrontend architecture • Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, SQS) • Knowledge of caching technologies (Redis, Valkey) • Experience with unit testing • Experience with relational databases (RDS) • Ability to assess bugs and incidents and recommend corrective actions • Experience testing APIs and connectors • Ability to propose improvements to code and roles • Ability to create process flows, documentation, and technical designs • Knowledge of GitHub and version control • Experience with or familiarity with generative AI tools for code development, such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot • Knowledge of IAM • Knowledge of Java • Knowledge of Python • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory • Knowledge of web performance best practices • Knowledge of AWS (SQS, SNS, Lambda, CloudFront) • Knowledge of GitOps and Kubernetes • Experience working in Agile teams • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Kanbanize • Advanced English proficiency for reading documentation, attending training, and interacting with vendors
