• Gestión y optimización de campañas paid media B2B • Administrar y optimizar campañas en Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager y LinkedIn Campaign Manager • Garantizar el cumplimiento de KPIs de performance: CPL, ROAS, CTR y Leads Qualified • Construir y mantener dashboards de performance por mercado y canal en Looker Studio y/o Power BI • Elaborar reportes semanales y mensuales con análisis de funnel completo • Coordinar con los equipos de cuenta, creatividad y cliente para alinear estrategias de activación • Auditar landing pages y verificar la correcta implementación de etiquetas de conversión
• Mínimo 3 años en gestión de campañas de paid media digital • Al menos 2 años trabajando en entornos B2B • Experiencia en cuentas regionales LATAM es deseable • Dominio de Google Ads (Search, Display, Demand Gen), Meta Ads Manager y LinkedIn Campaign Manager para campañas B2B multi-mercado • Implementación de etiquetas de conversión, píxeles y eventos vía Google Tag Manager • Lectura e interpretación de datos en Google Analytics 4 • Construcción de dashboards en Looker Studio o Power BI con integración de fuentes CRM/MA • Manejo de Marketo y/o HubSpot para análisis de funnel B2B y gestión de leads • Excel y Google Sheets para análisis de datos y reportes ad hoc • Diseño e implementación de estrategias de paid media
