📋 Description

• Respond to system-generated alerts and customer-raised issues • Serve as the primary software responder and recommend solutions to the field service team • Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues when possible • Monitor and tune deployed-device performance to maximize robot impact • Support deployment of new devices to the growing fleet • Build tooling that enables the field service team to handle more issues and respond faster • Collaborate with US-based robotics and operations teams • Work with product, engineering, field operations, and customer success

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience on hardware or robotics projects or products • 3+ years of work experience with Python, Ubuntu/Linux, Git • 2+ years working through the command line for both local and remote systems • English fluency (B2 or higher) • Based in South America / Latin America • Networking debugging • Embedded programming • ElasticSearch • React • Django • Structured Text • Experience working with US companies or clients is a plus
