• Development of individual solutions for issues that cannot be resolved at 1st level • Support service personnel with fault diagnosis on GE wind turbines • Initiation of corrective actions to resolve faults • Regular on-site assignments on wind turbines to assess condition prior to contract takeover • Support our service teams with a hands-on mentality • Handling customer inquiries • Further development of processes, e.g., by creating and optimizing technical work instructions
• Completed vocational training in an electrical, mechanical or technical field • Several years of experience troubleshooting GE wind turbines • Willingness to work at heights • Good written and spoken German and English skills • Valid driving license class B or BE • Strong reliability, self-responsibility, flexibility and willingness to help are among your personal strengths
