📋 Description
• Architect scalable and reliable trading and automation systems for CEXs, DEXs, and prediction markets • Collaborate directly with the founder and head of Trade-Ops team to translate trading and business goals into robust technical systems • Monitor and optimize trading strategies in real time, ensuring optimal liquidity provision, spread management, and depth of market while adhering to client goals.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of direct experience in crypto market making in a client-facing or trading capacity • Effective communicator comfortable who balances technical and business priorities • Ability to work independently and explore potential solutions to new challenges • Crypto-native with knowledge of cryptocurrency, DeFi, RWA, differences between chains etc. • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on precision and risk management.
