📋 Description

• Build a clean, reliable people-data foundation across systems • Own data quality and move reporting to ThoughtSpot with the central Data & AI team • Analyze time loss, friction, engagement, and retention drivers • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leaders • Link people data with Finance for headcount planning and forecasting • Define success measures and evaluate whether initiatives delivered results • Work with the People Product Lead on agents, automations, and AI-powered people products • Build the data layer for AI-powered people products and measure their value • Collaborate day to day with the People Team and central Data & AI team • Report to the Chief People Officer

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst • Strong SQL skills • Experience with modern cloud data platforms, such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks • Comfortable working with large datasets and understanding data movement from source systems into analytical models • Hands-on experience with dbt or similar analytics engineering practices • Ability to build maintainable transformation pipelines, structure models, test and document data, and manage dataset dependencies • Comfort with Git-based development workflows, including version control, branches, pull or merge requests, code review, and collaborative development • Strong experience with modern BI and analytics platforms, such as ThoughtSpot, Looker, or Omni • Experience building dashboards and analytical experiences • Experience working with sensitive data and analytics access controls, including role-based access, row-level security, column-level security, data masking, and least-privilege access
